About this event

ReplyToo helps organisations tackling sexism in the workplace. The goal is to enable both victims and witnesses of sexism to act in the moment and support HR & DEI policies.

How?
1- Roundtable conversations allowing participants to share their experiences and reflect on sexist behaviours.

2- A knowledge base containing sexist behaviours and inspiration for both responding in the moment and developing longer-term strategies to tackle sexism. The knowledge base will be fed by the roundtables albeit completely anonymised.

3- Mobile and web apps providing. access to the knowledge base and its suggestions allowing looking up possible responses so that both victims and witnesses can reply in the moment.
